This a next generation Diablo game but as we all know blizzard is great with optimization so don't be fearful about your pc setup as of now. The game will be coming to PS5 and project Scarlett (Next Xbox) at some point in time. ° The game was being developed ahead of time with next gen consoles in mind. ° I have no information in regards to Diablo 1 or 2 Remaster. ° Classic classes returning such as Barbarian, Sorceress, Amazon, Necromancer, Paladin. They're able to use powers based on the earth and wind or transform into animal forms like the wolf or bear. There will be always things to do and in a good Blizzard fashion they will be adding new systems over time and polishing the game throughout its life. The shapeshifting Druid class was one of the first to be announced for Diablo 4. ° However, I can assure you this will be treated as a live service game similar to Heroes of the Storm, World of Warcraft and Overwatch where you get in game events, special cosmetic items and etc. ° I have no details in regards to some of the more core important stuff such as loot system (arguably the most important), how stats work, how many levels there are and what the endgame is like. Think of Dark Souls artstyle but a tad less realistic. ° The game is a lot darker than Diablo 3 but still stylized. ° It's running on a brand new engine that looks very modern and clean. With the amazing ability to bring the dead back to life (at least their skeletons), the Necromancer can use their bony friends as extra swords in battle. ° I am not sure what the server capacity is or how many people a town or a zone/region can hold. Necromancer: The final class in Diablo 4 and also in earlier Diablo, the Necromancer remains a creepy addition to Diablo 4.
° You can see and meet other people in towns and regions. ° There is PvP, but I don't know exact details how it works. Most of your time though you'll be spending time on side activities. ° There is a mainline quest line with a main plot that can be played solo with friends and other random people. ° You can go anywhere and do anything whether that'd be quests, dungeons, slaying random mobs or even PvP among many other cool activities. So basically, think of the games like Lineage Eternal or Lost Ark but done by Blizzard and is in the Diablo universe. ° It will be played in a isometric view and most importantly it's an isometric MMO. Class systems and multiplayer core parts of what makes a Diablo game. ° It is NOT single player only like the 4chan leak was suggesting and it has multiplayer and multiple classes. Chance are most likely they'll stick with Diablo 4 for consistency. ° It's a sequel, Internally there are 2 names that they've been bouncing back and forth. All physically fluid in and out like World of Warcraft/Fallout/Assassin's Creed Oddysey etc. ° The next Diablo game is going to be fully Open World. “Basically it’s a friend of a friend who works at Blizzard” story. So you can take this with a grain of salt but the story is picking up as daily star and others are reporting on it:
